Withdrawal Instructions

Consumers have a ten-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within ten days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is ten days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rolf Knie Kunst AG, Rütistrasse 165, 8645 Jona, 044 984 43 84, info@rolfknie.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within ten days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than ten days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of ten days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
