We deliver products via Swiss Post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For international delivery, please inquire via email. The shop automatically calculates the shipping rate based on the weight of the products in the shopping cart.

When Will You Receive Your Products?
Orders placed on rolfknie.ch are processed once or twice a week. During the Christmas season and before Easter, orders are processed daily.
If ordered products are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will inform you via email if it takes longer than 10 days before we can ship your order.
If you require the fastest possible delivery of in-stock products, select "Priority Delivery" at checkout. We will then dispatch your order on the same business day using Swiss Post's PostPac Priority shipping method.
