Delivery

We deliver the products via Swiss Post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For international delivery, please inquire via email. The shop automatically calculates the shipping rate based on the weight of the products in the shopping cart.

When will you receive your products?

Orders placed in the online shop rolfknieshop.ch are processed once or twice a week. During the Christmas season and before Easter, orders are processed daily.

If ordered products are not in stock, the delivery may be delayed. We will inform you via email if it takes longer than 14 days to dispatch your order.

If you need the fastest possible delivery of in-stock products, select "Priority Delivery" at checkout. In this case, we will ship your order the same business day using Swiss Post's PostPac Priority or DHL.
